Option 1 – “Peace of mind”
Starting as low as £200 per month, this includes: Control and responsibility of your Backups, Ensuring that your server(s) are patched with the latest security patches, Unlimited telephone support, Next Day response with money back guarantee.
Option 2 – “We can wait”
You require our services for installation or support but are happy to wait and schedule the work. £200 per half day, chargeable in half days only.
Option 3 – “Emergency”
No contract - emergency support (same or next day) If you do need us in an emergency, and you don't have a support contract: £150 per call out, this is for the first two hours including travelling time, £65 per hour thereafter.
